I am a 21 year old 5’9 or 5’10 female. I weight 195 lbs.
and Im trying to get to 160. When I exercise I do 20mins on the Elliptical Machine, 20mins on the tredmill and 100 crunches at least 4 days a week. I recently started doing the bike for 10 mins. Will this work on my body or am I just getting a healthy heart and getting cardio. Plus I’ve been eating in moderation. I need some ideas and help. I just want a flatter stomach and I wouldnt mind thinning out all over as well.
